How to auto post cars to Facebook Marketplace

To auto post cars to Facebook Marketplace in the UK, use a Chrome extension such as DealerToolkit. Connect your stock feed, tick the cars to list and press "Post selected". Each Facebook listing is filled in and its photos uploaded for you; you check it and press Publish. Facebook has no bulk upload for UK vehicle listings.

Why there is no "upload all my stock" button

Facebook used to accept dealer inventory feeds onto Marketplace, but ended free feeds in 2021 and removed vehicle listings from Business Pages in January 2023. Today every car goes through the same "Vehicle for sale" form, one at a time. Automating means filling that form for you, not bypassing it.

Step by step with DealerToolkit

  1. Install the DealerToolkit Chrome extension and pin it. Guide
  2. Connect your stock feed from your DMS or website provider, or load a CSV. Guide
  3. Set your description layout once, with your points, bullets and emojis. Guide
  4. Run feed, tick cars, press "Post selected". Each listing fills itself, photos included. Guide
  5. Check and press Publish. The next car opens after a short random wait.

Doing it safely

Posting dozens of listings in a few minutes is what tends to get listings hidden. DealerToolkit posts one car at a time with a random wait, stops at your daily and per-sitting limits, and never publishes without you. Read posting limits and account safety.

Questions

Can you automate Facebook Marketplace car listings?

Yes, partly. A browser tool such as DealerToolkit can fill in every field of a Facebook Marketplace vehicle listing and upload the photos automatically from your stock feed. Facebook has no public API for UK listings, so you still press Publish on each car, which takes a few seconds.

Is there a free way to auto post cars to Facebook Marketplace?

There is no free official way for UK sellers. Facebook ended free dealer inventory feeds in 2021. The free route is listing each car by hand; tools like DealerToolkit are paid subscriptions that do the form filling and photo uploads for you.

How do I post my AutoTrader stock to Facebook Marketplace?

Ask your stock system or website provider for a stock feed link in the DealerToolkit template, which covers the same vehicles you advertise on AutoTrader. Paste the link into DealerToolkit, press "Run feed", tick the cars and press "Post selected".
