The service

DealerToolkit is provided by DealerToolkit. It fills in Facebook Marketplace listings from your stock feed. You decide what is published and you press Publish.

Your responsibilities

• Your listings must be accurate and lawful, and you must follow Facebook’s terms and Commerce Policies.
• If you sell as a business, your listings must make that clear (Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024).
• You are responsible for the Facebook account you post from.

Licence

Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use DealerToolkit for the seats on your plan. You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, remove or bypass the licence or payment checks in, or share access to, the extension or service. Only copies of the extension installed from the Chrome Web Store are licensed. Listings are built by our service, so the extension needs an active subscription and an internet connection to work. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly in advance with no contract. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep access until then. New customers get one 14-day free trial including up to 5 posts; a card is needed to start it and is first charged when the trial ends unless you cancel. Each person or business may have only one free trial. TODO(owner): refunds and notice of price changes.

Facebook

DealerToolkit is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Meta Platforms or Facebook. Facebook may change its website or rules at any time, which can affect how the extension works. We cannot guarantee listing visibility or that your account will not be restricted by Facebook.
