Who we are

DealerToolkit is operated by DealerToolkit, United Kingdom. Contact: support@dealerpricing.co.uk.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and subscription status.
• Payment details: handled by our payment provider, Square. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Stock feed data: the vehicle details in your stock feed (make, model, price, mileage, photo links and similar). Our server fetches your feed from the link you give (or receives the file you choose), keeps your latest stock list and builds your listings from it.
• Usage records: which vehicles you posted, when, at what price and the Facebook listing number, so the extension can show sold, renewal and price-change statuses.
• Settings: your description layout, groups and posting limits.

What we do not collect

We never ask for, see or store your Facebook password. We do not read your Facebook messages, friends list or browsing history.

How we use it

To provide the service, take payment, give support, keep the service secure and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data.

Where it is stored

On our hosting and database providers’ servers (TODO(owner): name providers and regions, e.g. Vercel and Supabase in the UK or EU) and in your browser.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open, and up to TODO(owner) months afterwards for accounting and legal reasons.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or object to how it is used. Email us to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
