A Facebook Marketplace listing tool built for car sellers
DealerToolkit imports your stock feed, fills in every field of the Facebook Marketplace vehicle form, uploads up to 20 photos, applies your description layout and ticks your groups. It tracks sold cars, price changes and renewals, and you press Publish on every listing.
Your stock, ready to post
Stock feed link or file
Paste a JSON or CSV feed link from your DMS or website provider, or load a file from your computer. Common portal column names are understood automatically.
Run feed when you choose
Press "Run feed" and every vehicle is sorted: Needs posting, Posted, Renew, Price changed, Sold and Missing info. Nothing runs in the background without you.
Missing info flagged
Cars without photos, mileage or another required detail are shown with exactly what is missing, so you can fix the feed instead of a listing.
Listings filled in for you
Every Facebook field
Vehicle type, year, make, model, mileage, price, body style, exterior and interior colour, condition, fuel type, gearbox and description.
Matched to Facebook’s options
Free text from your feed is mapped to Facebook’s menus: "Smokey Silver Metallic" becomes Silver, "DSG" becomes Automatic, "Skoda" becomes Škoda.
Up to 20 photos
Photos are taken straight from your feed links and uploaded in order, best photo first.
Checked field by field
After filling, each field is read back. Anything that did not take is shown in red so you can complete it by hand. Nothing fails silently.
Groups ticked
Name up to 20 Facebook groups in Settings and they are ticked on every listing before you publish.
Descriptions that sell, kept consistent
One layout for every car
Write your description once with placeholders such as {year}, {mileage}, {fuel} and {price}. Empty details drop out cleanly.
Bullets and emojis
Choose a tick, star, car or flame emoji, or a plain dot, for features and points. Add emojis anywhere, and optionally put one in the listing title.
Your points on every post
Warranty, part exchange, finance, delivery: add them once and they appear on every listing.
Live preview
See your layout filled in with a real car from your feed before you save.
Posting that respects your account
You press Publish
DealerToolkit never publishes on its own. You check every listing first.
One car at a time
Cars open one after another in a single tab, with a random wait between them.
Daily and per-sitting limits
Set how many cars to post per sitting and per day. The defaults are 5 and 10.
Test mode
Fill real forms with your stock while publishing is blocked, to check everything before going live.
After the sale
Sold cars flagged
Cars that leave your feed are flagged with a link to the listing so you can mark it sold or delete it.
Price changes caught
If your price changes, the car is flagged with the old and new price.
Renewal reminders
Older listings are flagged for a fresh post after the number of days you choose (7 by default).
What DealerToolkit does not do
It does not publish listings without you, run on a server pretending to be you, or copy listings from AutoTrader or Gumtree pages. It does not reply to buyers’ messages. If you want your stock shown as paid adverts, Facebook’s Automotive Inventory Ads are the official route; our dealer guide explains the difference.
List your next car in under a minute
DealerToolkit fills in the Facebook Marketplace form and photos for you. You check it and press Publish.
