Practice mode lets you try DealerToolkit without publishing anything. Tick "Practice mode" in Settings and save. DealerToolkit fills every Facebook listing and its photos as normal, but Publish is blocked, nothing goes live and nothing counts towards your posts. Press "Next car" to move on, and untick it to post for real.
Turn on practice mode
In Settings, open "Practice mode", tick "Practice mode: fill every listing but never publish" and press "Save settings". Practice mode is off until you turn it on.
Run a practice fill
On the Stock tab, run your feed, tick one or more cars and press "Practice fill selected". Each Facebook form fills exactly as it would for real, photos and groups included.
Check the result
The Publish button shows "Blocked in practice mode". Check the title, photos and description in Facebook’s preview, then press "Next car" in the DealerToolkit panel.
Practice fills never go live and do not count towards your trial or monthly posts.
Turn practice mode off to go live
Untick "Practice mode" and press "Save settings". The button goes back to "Post selected".
